Abstract

Purpose of the study: Besides technical CPR skills, advanced life support courses also aim to teach human factors to course participants. The currently used summative assessment after standard ERC advanced life support courses does not test human factors. Previously, during a randomized controlled trial, two different summative assessment methods were compared. The current study's goal was to evaluate to what extent two different assessment methods after ERC advanced life support courses tested the course content.
