Abstract

In this era, human needs and levels of satisfaction have surpassed previous benchmarks, and the banking sector is providing a wide range of services to customers; in the past, banks only offered saving accounts to the general public, and there were only a few banks available. No one can deny that banks have become indispensable for everyone. However, we cannot ignore the fact that the banking business, along with every other industry, is currently struggling with a number of technical challenges. This study focuses on the innovative strategies and procedures that banks implement in order to keep their existing customers and to attract new customers that are underserved. The opinions of banking clients about the inventiveness and creativity of financial institutions are the focus of this research. The researcher focused on financial institutions located in Ahmedabad. A total of one hundred customers of the bank took part in this research project, which consisted of a questionnaire with no room for open-ended responses on the customers' experiences with the creative and technological services offered by the bank.
