Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Digynic triploidy after ICSI is believed to be due to errors in the second meiotic division due to incomplete activation of the oocyte resulting in retention of the second polar body and a triploid embryo. The study was conducted to evaluate the impact of the percentage of digynic triploidy in young (<= 35years) ICSI patients on IVF outcomes.
