Abstract

Abstract: This qualitative study aims to explore the factors contributing to job search anxiety among final-year postgraduate students. The research objective is to understand the perspectives and factors related to job search anxiety in this specific group. A purposive sampling technique will be used to select 10 participants who are final-year postgraduate students actively seeking or planning to seek employment and experiencing job search anxiety. Data will be collected through face-to-face, one-on-one semi-structured interviews, which will be audio-recorded and transcribed for analysis. Thematic analysis will be employed to identify patterns and themes within the data. The findings of this study will provide insights into the factors influencing job search anxiety among final-year postgraduate students, contributing to the existing literature on this topic.
