Abstract

This study aims to determine the construct validity of the Multi-dimensional Transformational Training Programs Scale in private universities in the Jordanian capital, Amman. The study involves a quantitative investigative approach via a questionnaire-based survey of all employees in private Jordanian universities in Amman. A total of 212 valid questionnaire was finally obtained. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was using to evaluate construct validity. The study reveals that the Transformational Training Programs constructs consisting of multiple factors confirmed that the rating for 13 items was above 0.50. The study provides practical evidence for the testable scales that are both reliable and valid, giving a new practical insight into the Transformational Training Programs. Transformational Training Programs dimensions cover most of the Initiatives used by organizations, which will affect the levels of excellence superiority in the long term.
