Abstract

The increase in smartphone users in the world is partly due to the increasingly diverse mobile applications, the large number of applications circulating, the mobile application developers are increasingly competing to create attractive applications, one of which is in terms of appearance and user experience. Work is a means everyone carries out to earn income to meet the needs of life. Finding the right job is one of the problems faced by everyone. The right job for someone is a job that suits each individual's interests and skills. To overcome this problem, job search applications require a service that can quickly, accurately, and efficiently provide job vacancy information. The goal is for those job seekers or candidates can obtain or disseminate information on job vacancies that match their qualifications or what they want. The initial step taken in this study was to collect data using interview and observation methods, which were then analyzed, analyzed, described user and system requirements, and created wireframes. The next stage is designing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) designs for the Workers.com application and carrying out the simple testing/prototyping stage. This research aims to produce an application that can help people find the job they want precisely and efficiently.
