Abstract

This study aimed to design a retribution income funeral information system accounting using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at the Dinas Penataan Ruang Kota Bandung. Methods of data collection using direct observation methods and conducting literature reviews related to the subject matter and methods of software development using the waterfall model. From the research conducted, the authors found a problem, namely the ineffective process of recording and making savings and loan reports due to the absence of an adequate information system and still using a manual system so that errors often occur and require a long time in the recording process. Therefore, an information system is designed using Flowmap modeling and DFD (Data Flow Diagram) which is then implemented with the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language and Microsoft Office Access as a database. Suggestions are given by: 1) implement the results of the design by preparing hardware and brainware to meet system requirements and simplify the process of the system to be used 2) continuous system evaluation 3) development of funeral retribution income information systems must adapt to technology which will continue to grow. Keywords: Information Systems, Retribution Income, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft Office Access
