Abstract
<p class="HowToCite"><em>CV Putra Darma is a company engaged in the export industry of Arabica coffee. The process of coffee bean sorting is one of the production activities that consist in this industry. However, this action is still manually and un-ergonomic which still use the floor as a working medium. This facility may result the Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) to the workers, particularly in the waist, legs, thighs, back, and neck. This study aims to design an ergonomic facility in coffee bean sorting process to avoid the MSDs, and that is work desk and work chair. At first step, the Standard Nordic Questionnaire was used to identify any MSDs from the workers, then to evaluate the actual condition of working posture, REBA method was employed in this study. The next step is to design this facility that is work desks and work chairs according to anthropometric data as much as 30 workers.</em></p>

Summary
Hasil seluruh pengujian dinyatakan menerima tekanan akibat beban kerja normal jika chi kuadrat (χ2) hitung < chi secara terus menerus tanpa kuadrat (χ2) tabel. Keluhan rasa sakit pada bagian tubuh fokus perhatian yang mempunyai nilai dan akibat aktifitas kerja tidaklah sama antara dapat mempengaruhi peristiwa atau hasil satu orang dengan ornag lain. Adapun masing- masing tugas, kita menilai faktor variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini postur tubuh dengan penilaian pada adalah sebagai berikut : masing- masing grup yang terdiri atas 2 a. Adapun kerangka konseptual yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat dilihat pada gambar 1 di bawah ini. Adapun data dimensi tubuh yang dibutuhkan dalam perancangan fasilitas kerja dapat dilihat pada tabel 2 dibawah ini. Besar ukuran dimensi tubuh pekerja yang digunakan dalam perancangan fasilitas kerja dan tentunya ukuran – ukuran dimensi tubuh tersebut sudah dinyatakan seragam, cukup dan normal setelah melalui pengujian data dapat dilihat pada tabel 6 di bawah ini : Tabel 6.
