Abstract

With the advancement of mobile service application technology at this time, it is very useful for services in the agency or company, one of which is in the Office of Investment and Integrated Service One Door Bengkulu Province by utilizing the mobile Service Application, the agency or company will be more efficient and effective both in terms of cost, time and energy. At the Investment Office and Integrated Servants One Door Bengkulu Province requires an android-based mobile application that is useful to facilitate in licensing service activities in the licensing process, so that an android-based mobile service application is designed for permit service activities. data collection techniques obtained using observation methodologies, interviews, and library studies. This designed mobile service application can be a solution and can be easy in licensing service activities, especially in the Investment Office and Integrated Service One Door Bengkulu Province, especially in the youth and sports sectorsThe results obtained from questionnaires were distributed to 25 respondents and trials of mobile service applications by assessing 3 aspects, namely display variables, ease of use and system performance, the value for display variables was obtained by 4.2 and in the good category, for variable ease of use obtained by 4.1 and in the good category, and on the system performance variable obtained a value of 4.1 and in the good category. Thus, it can be taken an average value of 4.1 and in the good category so that the application that has been made can be useful and helpful in licensing services in the Office of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Bengkulu Province.
