Abstract

The Bestee Program is an initiative by BTPN Syariah that involves students providing mentorship aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, as well as the soft and hard entrepreneurial skills of its clients, particularly productive pre-prosperous women. Through the role of Social Media Officers and the use of the Bestee Application, this program serves as a platform for training and developing human resource skills to become more digitally literate in running sustainable businesses. Social Media Officers focus on gaining experience related to documenting empowerment activities in the form of photos, videos, and narratives; curating client products; and coordinating and communicating with the Social Media Coordinator (SMC) team to develop the Access to Market (A2M) Pasar Daya and Access to Knowledge (A2K) program channels. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results of the research demonstrate that mentorship by students can sustain and even enhance the businesses of BTPN Syariah’s productive pre-prosperous women clients in this era of digitalization.
