Abstract

This research was conducted because there were problems related to human resources. The problems in question are Training, Work Discipline, Performance and Motivation as intervening variables. The purpose of this was to determine the effect of training on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative methods with a analysis tools in the form of parametric statistics. The population in this study was 33 with a sample size of 33 assisted by SmartPLS. The results of that training has no effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has no effect on performance, training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on motivation, training through motivation as an intervening variable has no effect on performance, discipline through motivation as an intervening variable has no effect on performance. This study concludes that the theories used and previous research can still be used at DinasPemberdayaan Masyarakat dan DesaKabupatenSerang
