Abstract
This reserch aims to determine how the role of parents in early childhood inclusion. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with case study. Course of a study conducted in Labschool House Citta with research subjects the role of parents Labschool House Citta. Methods of data collection using observation, wawacanra, and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Results from the study include: the role of parents guardians Labschool House Citta and parental benefits from the involvement of parents in school activities. The shape of the role of parents in Labschool House Citta, namely: (1) parenting; (2)parents accompany children in activities fied trip; (3) parents to volunteer in the market's activities; (4) speakers in regular discussion activities; (5) parent and child to make toys from waste project; (6) the parents a guest teacher in the classroom according to the theme; and (7) parents are involved in school committees called POM (association of parents). While the perceived benefits of interaction active parents in early childhood inclusion, among others: (1) parents can accompany and stimulate the development of the child; (2) parents will accept, acknowledge, give it a chance, and give appreciation to the achievement of an ordinary child and crew in particular; (3) parents to know the needs, interests and talents of the child; and (4) the parents respect children's rights.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran orang tua di PAUD Inklusi. Peneltian dilakukan di Labschool Rumah Citta dengan subyek penelitian peran orang tua Labschool Rumah Citta. Hasil dari penelitian ini meliputi: peran orang tua wali murid Labschool Rumah Citta dan manfaat yang diperoleh orang tua dari keterlibatan orang tua dalam kegiatan sekolah. Bentuk peran orang tua di Labschool Rumah Citta, yaitu: (1) parenting; (2) orang tua mendampingi anak dalam kegiatan fied trip; (3) orang tua menjadi relawan dalam kegiatan pasar murah; (4) narasumber dalam kegiatan diskusi reguler; (5) orang tua dan anak melakukan proyek membuat mainan dari limbah; (6) orang tua menjadi guru tamu di kelas sesuai tema; dan (7) orang tua terlibat dalam komite sekolah yang disebut POM (paguyuban orang tua murid). Sedangkan manfaat yang dirasakan orang tua dari keteribatan aktif di PAUD inklusi antara lain: (1) orang tua dapat mendampingi dan menstimulasi perkembangan anak; (2) orang tua mau menerima, mengakui, memberikan kesempatan, dan memberikan apresiasi terhadap pencapaian anak biasa pada umumnya dan ABK pada khususnya; (3) orang tua mengetahui kebutuhan, minat dan bakat anak; serta (4) orang tua menghargai hak-hak anak
