abstrakPelidnungan konsumen belum semuanya tekocaver pada aturan pojk.07/2013 sehingga otoritas jasa kuangan tidak bisa melindungi para konsumen pada aturan ini, kemudian otoritas jasa keungan mengeluarkan aturan baru tentang pelindungan konsumen yakni pojk nomor 6/pojk.07/2022, karena ada perkara-perkara yang tidak bisa dicover oleh ojk maka bagaimana aturan yang tebaru ini dalam proses perlindungan konsumen disktor jasa keuangan dan apa perbedaan dengan aturan pojk.07/2013 dalam melindungi konsumen. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan Metode penelitian mengunakan kulitatif dengan pengumpulan data perpustakaan dan pendekataan penelitian undang-undang( statue approach) dan perbandingan yakni dengan menelaah regulasi pojk nomor 6/pojk.07/2022 dan Pojk Nomor 1/Pojk.07/2013 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Disecktor Jasa Keuangan untuk menjawab peran otoritas jasa keuangan dalam melindungi konsumen dan masayrakat.Hasil dari penelitian, Aturanpojk 6/pojk.07/2022 sektor jasa keuangan lebih luas dari pada peraturan sebelumnya, , tidak seperti aturan pojk.07/2013 yang cangkupan pengawasanya lebih sedikit hanya 14 sektor sedangkan aturan yang baru mengawasi 16 sektor sehingga cangkupanya lebih luass dalam melindungi konsumen.Aturan 6/pojk.07/2022 lebih jelas dalam prosedur dan sanksi yang dikenakan kepada jasa keuangan,berbeda dengan aturan pojk.07/2013 tidak secara pasti disebutkan berapa denda administratif meskipun memiliki turunan yang mengatur lebih lanjut Kata kunci, OJK, Perlindungan,konsumenNot all consumer protection is covered by the regulation pojk.07/2013 so that the financial services authority cannot protect consumers under this rule, then the financial services authority issued a new rule on consumer protection, namely pojk number 6/pojk.07/2022, because there are cases In cases that cannot be covered by the OJK, what are the latest rules in the consumer protection process for the financial services sector and what are the differences with the POJK rules. 07/2013 in protecting consumers. In this study, the research method uses qualitative research with library data collection and legal research approaches (statue approach) and comparisons, namely by reviewing the regulation of POJK number 6/pojk.07/2022 and Pojk Number 1/Pojk.07/2013 concerning Consumer Protection. The Financial Services Sector is to answer the role of the financial services authority in protecting consumers and the public. The results of the research show that the regulation of pojk 6/pojk.07/2022 for the financial services sector is wider than the previous regulation, unlike the regulation pojk.07/2013 which has a scope of supervision. there are only 14 sectors, while the new regulation oversees 16 sectors so that the scope is wider in protecting consumers.
