Abstract

Performance is something that employees do or don't do so that affects how much they contribute to the agency or organization, including the quality of production results they present. This research was conducted at UD. Windhu Sari. Using the saturated sampling method, the total population is 46 employees, and the number of samples taken is 46 employees. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that proper compensation and high job satisfaction greatly affect the level of performance of employees at UD. Windhu Sari.
