Abstract

The research conducted in the persatuan village of Pulau Rakyat sub-district aims to find out how the cracker home industry is able to survive and what are the ways this home industry can do to increase its competitiveness so that it continues to increase. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects are home industry owners who have been running their home industry for 20 years. The data obtained is described qualitatively. The results of the study show that in maintaining the home industry so that it can carry out its role, which includes aspects of marketing sustainability. Home industry owners in the Unity village have their own strategy in maintaining their home industry.
