Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the direct influence of entrepreneurial leadership on creative self-efficacy and innovative work behavior and the indirect effect of creative self-efficacy mediating entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior in the hotel industry. This study involved 152 employees from 4 and 5-star hotels in Surabaya as respondents. Collecting research data using a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show the significant influence of entrepreneurial leadership on creative self-efficacy, creative self-efficacy on innovative work behavior, entrepreneurial leadership on innovative work behavior, and creative self-efficacy partially mediate between entrepreneurial leadership and innovative work behavior in employees at 4 and 5-star hotels. in Surabaya.
