Abstract
Practical peptide separation methods on reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography are reviewed with the description of our recent results. The retention mechanism of peptides on reversed-phase columns is discussed and the method used to estimate the retention time of peptides under some restricted conditions is presented.
