Abstract

Pengetahuan siswi SMP Darul Hikmah tentang kesehatan reproduksi masih sangat kurang, karena di sekolah belum terdapat mata pelajaran yang membahas secara spesifik terkait kesehatan reproduksi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk memberikan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada siswi SMP Darul Hikmah sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuannya dalam merawat dan menjaga kesehatan reproduksinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dengan alat bantu media penyuluhan berupa power point, pemutaran video, dan leaflet. Pengetahuan siswi sebelum diberikan penyuluhan dan setelah diberikan penyuluhan dinilai dengan menggunakan kuesioner berisi pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengenai materi kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil penilaian dilakukan dengan memberikan pre-test dan post test kepada siswi, kemudian data diolah menggunakan bantuan SPSS dengan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan siswi sebelum diberikan penyuluhan adalah 33,33 namun setelah diberikan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan reproduksi, rata-rata pengetahuan siswi meningkat menjadi 65,95. Nilai P adalah 0,000 (p<0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan nilai pre test dan nilai post test dengan selisih 32,62. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi SMP Darul Hikmah dalam menjaga dan merawat kesehatan reproduksi. Community service activities are carried out to provide education about reproductive health to Darul Hikmah Middle School students to increase their knowledge in caring for and maintaining their reproductive health. Students' knowledge before being given counseling and after being given counseling was assessed using a questionnaire containing questions regarding reproductive health material. The assessment results were carried out by giving pre-tests and post-tests to female students, then the data was processed using SPSS with the paired sample t-test. The research results showed that students' knowledge before being given counseling was 33.33, but after being given counseling about reproductive health, the average student knowledge increased to 65.95. The P value is 0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a difference in the pre-test score and the post-test score with a difference of 32.62. The conclusion of this activity is that reproductive health education can increase the knowledge of Darul Hikmah Middle School students in maintaining and caring for reproductive health.
