Abstract

The ability to build good relationships in community nursing practice should be maximized. Efforts to improve the ability to work with individuals, families, and groups in community health care settings must apply the health and community nursing concept. The approach to the family is based on the fostered family with high risk as a case of scattered families. The group approach is carried out by forming a Health working group. The community approach is carried out through cooperation with village officials, village leaders, and the entire village community. With the implementation of the community nursing process and community organizing, it is hoped that all problems that arise in the community can be resolved so that the community can be independent in trying to improve their health status.
