Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in chemicallearning outcomes after the learning process of electrolyteand non-electrolyte solutions with the learning model ofstudent facilitator and explaning. The research method usedin this study was CAR and was carried out in two cycles,and each cycle took four stages namely planning,implementing, observing and observing. The researchsubjects were class X MIA 5 SMA Negeri 1 BolangitanBarat with a total of 25 students. Data collected throughobservation sheets and written tests. Data from observationswere analyzed and interpreted based on literature reviewand learning outcomes data were analyzed based onstudents' mastery learning. indicator of the success of thisstudy is if at least 80% of students have obtained aminimum score of 68. Results of the application of researchusing the learning model of Student Facilitator AndExplaining proved to significantly improve the learningoutcomes of electolyte and non-electrolyte solutionmaterials and be able to increase student activity inlearning.Keywords: Chemistry learning outcomes, learning model of StudentFacilitator And Explaining.
