Abstract

This study aims to find out 1. How many residents plant TOGA in their yard, 2. How much TOGA is used for family health 3. How to use TOGA for family health. This study took a population of TOGA plants, with samples of TOGA plants Ginger, Turmeric, Temulawak planted in the family yard in Karangtinoto Village, Rengel District, Tuban Regency. Data was collected using Observation, Documentation, Questionnaire which was then descriptive and calculated by percentage. The results obtained are concluded as follows: 1). 56.25% of respondents plant TOGA in the yard of the house directly on the ground. 2). The use of TOGA for Family Health is to increase the body's immune system and as a natural medicine. What are often treated with TOGA ingredients are colds, high fever, especially in children, and digestive disorders. 3). How to use TOGA for family health by cutting and boiling it, mashing it with water and drinking it, cutting it into pieces, drying it and boiling it using a balur method. Many respondents did not answer. 4). TOGA plants can improve the family's economy by processing post-harvest into instant and boiled herbs.
