Abstract

Website development must be planned based on the user experience as an online service user. Basic user experience is required to design a library website. The better the user experience when using the library website, the higher the quality of the library's online services. When developing an online library system, user experience (UX) information is necessary to achieve user satisfaction and ease of use. A UX-centric website can provide users with an immersive experience without confusing features and content, and easy to understand. A good library website must be able to provide users with sufficient and relevant information to assist them in making the right decision. This includes providing a clear description of the resource, providing recommendations based on interests or preferences, and facilitating interactions that allow users to share reviews and ratings. By considering and designing library websites based on user experience, libraries can improve the quality of the online services they offer and ensure that users get the maximum benefit from using the website.
