Abstract
A bstract: Learning outcome is the achievement of knowledge after following the learning process. Learning outcomes can be categorized completely if it meets the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) that has been determined by the school. the results of initial observations made in SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe obtained data value replication Introduction to Office Administration is still low. Of 21 students of class XI AP 2, only 6 students or 29% of students reach KKM. To overcome these problems, teachers apply learning inquiry learning model. Learning inquiry learning model requires students to be more active and develop critical thinking ability in finding and solving problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of learning inquiry learning model in improving the learning outcomes introduction administration office of students class XI APK 2 SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe. The results showed that there is an increase in student learning outcomes after the application of inquiry learning model. In the first cycle the average value of student learning outcomes after the application of inquiry learning model is 79 with 66.6% classical completeness. The results of the second cycle of the students' average score increased to 81 with classical completeness 71.43%, and in cycle III 89 with 95% classical completeness.
