Abstract

The Indonesian nation is entering an era of globalization that has affected human life. With the advancement of science and technology has a profound impact on human life in various aspects, ranging from dress code, moral slumps, lack of awareness and practice of the nation's generation, namely the younger generation of the values ​​of the teachings of Islam in daily life. Religious programs in the world of education, especially in Indonesia, especially in the madrasa environment is not something new. Therefore, schools must instill religious values ​​in schools through various activities such as extracurricular activities that can support religious programs. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the development of religious programs through 7th grade extracurricular activities at Al - Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng Banyumas Regency? This study aims to provide an overview of the development of religious programs through extracurricular activities in MTs Al - Ikhsan Beji, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency, especially for class VII. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. Researcher's data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion dra.The results of the study showed that the development of religious programs through extracurricular activities in MTs Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng Banyumas Regency contained extracurricular hadroh, calligraphy, MTQ and BTA. In addition, there are other activities such as midday prayers and reading Asmaul Husna before the students start the lesson. With this program it is expected to support religious programs, especially extracurricular activities in this madrasa.
