Abstract

: The Development of Management Model of Motivational Training to Promote the Actuali­zation of Personality Competency of Teachers. The purpose of this study is to produce the motivational training model in an effort to encourage the actualization of teachers' personality competency. The imple­mented research and development procedure includes preliminary research, initial product development, expert validation, small scale field test, and large scale field test. The result shows that the developed moti­vational training model has very high level of usefulness, simplicity of use, completeness, and readability. Subsequent to the participation in the motivational training which employed the model, the participants' motivation can be put in “very high” category, different significantly from that before the participation.
