This research is research development or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which has five stages, namely the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate stages. The instruments used in the study were LKPD assessment sheets for material expert and media expert validators, student response questionnaires, and student learning outcomes tests. The test subjects in this study were 32 students at SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Lilin. The results of the study are: 1) the assessment of the validity criteria of LKPD from material experts was 88.66% with the criteria of "very valid" and 84% of media experts with the criteria of "Very valid" so that the LKPD was declared fit for testing; 2) LKPD assessment for practicality criteria obtained a percentage of 81.77% with "very practical" criteria; 3) LKPD assessment with the criteria of having a potential effect on student learning outcomes seen based on the percentage of minimum completeness criteria (KKM) ≥75 with a completeness percentage of 81.25% with the criteria of "very potential effect" so that LKPD is declared to have a potential effect on participant learning outcomes students based on the percentage of minimum completeness criteria.
