Abstract

PDAM Tirta Amertha Jati or PDAM Jembrana is a Jembrana Regency Government-Owned Business Entity, which provides services to the community in meeting the basic needs of the community for water. The system available in PDAM Jembrana is in the form of manual and online, but only uses the online system in the payment section. There are some complaints that are still handled by the manual system so it is rather difficult to handle complaints that are complained by the customer. With this problem the author built a website by using the Extreme Programming (XP) method which focused on the back end section on the complaints website which was later expected to be able to assist the customer complaints section, then at the end of the website stage it would be tested with black box to determine its feasibility.
