Abstract
Class management is an attempt by a teacher to utilize all the potential in the classroom to support a conducive learning process and classroom management is seen as one of the aspects of the implementation of a basic learning system, among the various types of teacher assignments in the classroom. Class management is an effort that is directed to show an effective and pleasant learning atmosphere and can motivate students to study well according to the abilities and characteristics of students. So, classroom management is a conscious effort by the teacher to organize the activities of the learning process systematically which leads to a planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning to create optimal learning conditions. The teacher's strategy in classroom management to create these conditions is to have skills in classroom management, namely having skills related to creating and maintaining optimal (preventive) learning conditions and teacher skills to restore optimal learning conditions.
