Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Employee Performance, (2) To determine the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, (3) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Total Quality Management (TQM) and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The sample used in this study amounted to 35 respondents. This type of research is associative which is research to determine the relationship between one or more variables and how one variable affects other variables, Sugiyono (2009). The results of the research that have been carried out can be seen that, (1) Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive effect with a t value of 21,963 and is significant on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service with a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05), (2) Discipline Work has a positive effect with a t value of 0.314 and is not significant on employee performance with a significant value of 0.755 (> 0.05), (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Work Discipline simultaneously on the Employee Performance of the Population and Registration Service Civil Servant of West Pasaman Regency, with a regression coefficient value of 375,810 with a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). The value of R2 shows 95.90% and the remaining 4.10% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study
