Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational structure, empowerment and achievement motivation on the performance of private high school teachers in Siantar Barat sub-district, either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study was a private high school teacher in the Siantar Barat sub-district, amounting to 108 people. The data in this study are primary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression model. To test the hypothesis simultaneously the F test is used and partially the t test is used. The results of the tests carried out with SPSS obtained multiple regression equations: Y = 8.215 + 0.379X1 + 0.259X2 + 0.259X3, which means a constant value of 8.215 which indicates that if the organizational structure, empowerment and achievement motivation are assumed to be zero, then the value of performance teacher is 8,215. If the independent variable increases by 1%, the teacher's performance will increase. The results of the t-test hypothesis of research variables are organizational structure variables obtained tcount 6.148 with a significant probability of 0.000 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05, empowerment variable obtained tcount 2.853 with a significant probability of 0.005 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05. achievement motivation variable obtained tcount 3.197 with a significant probability of 0.002 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05. So the decision taken is to reject H0 and accept Ha, meaning that organizational structure, empowerment and achievement motivation have a positive and significant impact on the performance of high school teachers in Siantar Barat sub-district.
