Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables Job Stress and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia, Sangir District, Balai Janggo, South Solok Regency. Data collection by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling techniques, where all members of the population are sampled, using data processing techniques validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multiple linear regression testing and testing t with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of employees at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia, Sangir District, Balai Janggo, South Solok Regency, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kencana Sawit Indonesia, Sangir District, Balai Janggo, South Solok Regency.
