Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence stock prices in the restaurant, hotel and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The variables used are stock prices as the dependent variable and the independent variables are ROA, DER, CR and PER. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. From a population of 31 companies registered in the restaurant, hotel and tourism sub-sector, there are 12 companies that do not have complete annual financial reports in 4 consecutive years (2016-2019) from the IDX. So that the sample used in this study were 19 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that ROA, DER, CR and PER have no significant effect on stock prices.
