Abstract

The study's purpose is to analyze how far the influence of recruitment and selection on employee performance at MH Thamrin University, Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method involving 56 respondents. Data collection uses distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis in this study used a validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, simple linear correlation coefficient analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results of this study indicate that the variables of recruitment and selection have a significant effect on employee performance at MH Thamrin University, Jakarta. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R Square) are that there is an influence from recruitment and selection which has a contribution of 90.8% on the performance of employees at MH Thamrin University Jakarta, while the remaining 9.2% is the influence of variables not examined in this study.
