Abstract


 Financial institutions have a very strategic role in moving the wheels of the economy, because the economic growth of a nation requires a pattern of management of available economic resources in a directed and integrated manner and can be utilized for welfare.
 This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether the promotion variables affect customer satisfaction. 2) To find out whether product quality variables affect customer satisfaction. 3) To find out whether the service quality variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. 4) To determine the effect of product quality, price, distribution and promotion variables simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use Telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 77 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
 The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on customer satisfaction 2) there is a positive and significant influence between product quality on customer satisfaction for Indihome products. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between promotion, product quality and service on customer satisfaction
