Abstract

Education is a very important factor in the success of student learning, if students have an interest in learning that continues to guide and emerge within the students themselves, so students are determined to be successful and motivated to learn in school, independent of their own interest in learning will grow and cling to him. This context explains that education is very important for all students to develop their own potential in realizing a satisfying value. Professional teachers are truly experts in their fields, mastering science or what they do (including theology). For that purpose, the teacher must try to develop four things, namely: First, Understanding the teaching material available in the school curriculum. Second, understanding the structure, concepts and scientific methods that overshadow or coherent with teaching material. Third, understand the conceptual relationships between related subjects. Fourth, applying scientific concepts in everyday life. Teachers in addition to educating must also teach the Word of God faithfully to their students in the Power of the Holy Spirit, so that students experience change because God's Word has been taught and is useful for teaching, stating mistakes, correcting behavior and educating students in truth. Thus Jesus trained His disciples to be sent to all corners of the world. The training was primarily to have a personal intimate relationship between Jesus and His disciples. So that from there they have the opportunity to learn from His example. Christian Religious Education cannot be seen as a part-time job, but this work as a Great Commission from God that must be carried out by a teacher in earnest and heartfelt service to God towards humans.
