Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work productivity, work behavior and work motivation on the performance of operational employees at PT. Uler Raya Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 employees of PT. Uler Raya Indonesia. This study takes data through questionnaires that have been distributed to employees of PT. Uler Raya Indonesia. The variables of this study used independent variables, namely Work Productivity (X1), Work Behavior (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and the dependent variable was Employee Performance (Y). The analytical tool used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) model. The results of this study indicate that work productivity, work behavior, and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The better the productivity, behavior, and motivation of the operational employees, it will improve the performance of operational employees at PT. Uler Raya Indonesia.
