Abstract

This research aims to analyze effect of cleaner production, and work motivation of women fish processing to effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment in Tangerang Regency. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling by determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula and obtained a sample size of 90 respondents. Sources of data obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires. This research uses Path Analysis. The results showed that net production had a significant effect on the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment with the Sig. 0.357> 0.005. The work motivation of women fish processing has a significant effect on the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment with Sig. 0.450> 0.005. Simultaneously shows that the net production and work motivation of women fish processing work motivation of woman fish processing influence the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment with the Sig. 0,000 <0.005. The value of R Square shows the contribution of the influence of net production and work motivation of women fish processing to the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment with a value of 54.1% while the remaining 45.9% is contributed by other variables
