ABSTRACT
 Cerebral palsy is a motor problem as a result of non-progressive brain lesions in impaired brain development. In children who suffer from Cerebral Palsy experience damage to the brain that is permanent. The characteristic of Cerebral Palsy with the Spastic Hemiplegic type is characterized by the appearance of problems in the upper and lower limbs of one side of the body. The intervention given in this case is a postural control exercise which aims to improve the child's ability to control body position with the aim of stability and orientation. This research method is experimental, the research design uses case studies and data collection techniques use Pre and Post Tests. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Examination of posture using a posture assessment scale and functional examination of activities using the GMFM form. After six sessions of therapy, the results showed an improvement in posture and an increase in the functional score of children's activities, although not significant. Postural control exercise programmed to patients is able to improve posture and increase the functional ability of children's activities.
