Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of Leadership Behavior and Work Teams towards Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance. This research was conducted at the employees of Regional Secretariat in North Lombok Regency. The sampling technique used is census sampling, where all of the population members to be sampling and using 160 respondents. The respondents are employees of the North Lombok Regency Regional Secretariat. The research instrument used questionnaire form and to analyze the data used SEM AMOS with AMOS ver 2.0 software. The result is the Leadership Behavior had no significant effect on Organizational Commitment variables, the Work Team had a significant direct effect on Organizational Commitment variables, the Leadership Behavior had a significant direct effect on employee performance variables, the Employee Organizational Commitment had a direct and significant effect on Employee Performance variables, and the Work Team had an effect on directly significant to Employee Performance variables.
