Abstract

Indonesia always innovates in forming poverty alleviation programs, because the increasing poverty will hamper the activities and planning of human resource development which aims at "mashlahatul ummat". This will also be a challenge for the Indonesian people in empowering themselves so that they do not only depend on existing government programs. Especially in the lower classes of society, namely the orphans and poor people. In this study, there is a problem formulation whether there is an influence of planning and management of the Alms Program on Empowerment. With a direct research approach to the field, namely using quantitative research methods. The analysis used in this research is Patial Least Square (PLS) with smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that the planning t-statistics test has no effect and is not significant on empowerment with a value of 0.498 1.96. Meanwhile, the management variable has a significant and significant effect on empowerment with a t-statistics value of 2.392 1.96.
