Abstract

Influence of Human Resource Development and Reward System on Employee Performance of Public Bureau of Ministry of Manpower; Development of human resources partially significant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results of regression Development of HR performance on the regression obtained Y = 22.065 + 0.392 constant value 22.065. If the regression coefficient X1 (HR Development) increases by one unit with the assumption that the other independent variable is fixed then Y (Employee performance) increases by 0.392. Correlation value for Human Development of 0.434 it can be seen that the correlation level for the variable of Human Resource Development is in the category of moderate or moderate. The value of coefficient of determination r2 or R square of 0.189 this means that 18.9% performance is influenced by the remaining HR Development influenced by the variables not examined in this study. Reward System partially weak effect on employee performance. Based on result of Reward System regression to kinerka regression obtained Y = 31,712 + 0,030 X2 constant value 31,712. If the regression coefficient X2 (Reward System) increases by one unit with the assumption that the other independent variable is fixed then Y (Employee performance) increases by 0,030. The correlation value for the Reward System variable is 0.054. So it can be seen that the correlation level in the low category. The value of coefficient of determination r2 or R Square of 0.3 this means that 3% performance is influenced by the remaining conflict influenced by variables not examined in this research. Human Resource Development and Reward System on the performance of Employees at the General Bureau of the Ministry of Manpower jointly influential and significant to the performance of Employees.
