Abstract

The Influence of Work Experience and Education Level on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency Mediated by Work Ability. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) equation model. The results showed that work experience has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.244. Work experience has a significant positive effect on work ability with an original sample value of 0.570. The level of education has a significant positive effect on work ability with an original sample value of 0.335. The level of education has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.326. Work ability has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.417. Work experience has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.238. The level of education has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.140.
