 Positive work morale from individual employees can improve performance and placement according to individual skills, so this study aims to determine the direct effect of placement which is known as good workmanship.
 This type of research is quantitative, with a total of 70 users represented. While the data collection method using a questionnaire distributed to employees. The data analysis method uses path analysis using the SPSS version 27 data function which is equipped with V 4.0 processing software and path coefficient decisions and partial t-test.
 The survey results show the mediating role between job placement and work motivation and work discipline, if all the placement or placement processes are carried out properly and in accordance with the competencies involved, for example training. experience, performance will affect every employee. And if it is aligned with the employee's attitude, it will provide better discipline for the company's employees and in line with the company's vision and mission.
