The SPSS application is then used to process the data. Both multiple linear regression analysis and a simple linear regression analysis are employed in this investigation. 60 respondents were chosen at random as the sample in this study from the entire population. The findings supported the first hypothesis, which was that salary had a favorable impact on employee performance. The second test shows that on-the-job training boosts worker productivity. The Fcount test results demonstrate that employee performance is positively impacted by both salary and job training.
