Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the effects of both motivation and discipline on employees' performance in the makassar class. Data collection is carried out by a distribution of questionnaires with a total of 64 sample respondents and by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Hence, the data analysis used is a statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The study suggests that both partial and simultaneous motivational and disciplined variables have a positive effect on a worker's performance in the makassar class 1 community. This is verified from simultaneous tests (f tests) and partial tests (t), which also indicate the significant value of the two free variables that support a hypothesis. Hence a test from the study suggested that there was a simultaneous effect between motivational variables and job discipline on the performance of the makassar class 1 correctional worker.
