Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction on performance at PT. Makassar Indonesian Ship Industry and to analyze the variables that most influence the performance of PT. Makassar Indonesian Ship Industry. To implement these objectives, data collection techniques are used through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the variables of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect, which means that they have a very strong influence on employee performance.
