Abstract

ABSTRACT
 This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the work environment on employee performance at the Palembang Yatim Mandiri National Amil Zakat Institute. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. The research sample is 45 employees. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t), and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the work environment (X) had a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). In the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 0.847 is obtained. This means that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is 84.7%, while the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
