Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan kerja pada Anak Perusahaan Bank BUMN di Jakarta Selatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah divisi Marketing Development. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 131 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan diolah dengan SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, variabel kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment as mediation. The method in this study uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach and using questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all employees working in the Marketing Development sector at state-owned bank subsidiary in South Jakarta. The sample size used in this study was 131 respondents. This study uses SmartPLS version 4.0.9.6 The results of this study are (1) positive and significant influence of the work environment on organizational commitment, (2) positive and significant influence of compensation variable on organizational commitment, (3)organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, (4)work environment variable has a negative and non-significant influence on job satisfaction, (5)compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, (6) work environment, and organizational commitment variables have a positive but non-significant influence on job satisfaction, (7) compensation and organizational commitment variables have a negative and non-significant influence on job satisfaction.
