Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Housing and Settlement Service Office of Cianjur Regency. This research is included in using a quantitative approach. The total population in this study were 48 employees, while the sample was 30 respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study uses Simple Random Sampling, namely taking samples from members of the population which is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. SPSS analysis method 25. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance at the Regional Housing and Settlement Service Office, Cianjur District. from t count of 2,348 > t table of 1,701 with t-sig 0.000 < 0.05. And there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Housing and Settlement Service Office of Cianjur Regency, from t count of 5,460 > t table 1,701 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously the variables of Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable from the results of the calculated F value 361.702 > F table 2.960 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the value of the influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance is 96.4%, the remaining 3.6% is influenced by other variables.
