Abstract
A high company value indicates a high level of prosperity from the shareholders in a company, therefore company managers will increase the value of their company to attract all the investors to invest in the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leverage, firm size, asset structure and profitability on firm value in food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 18 companies from a total population of 32 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed with the help of the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a negative effect on firm value, asset structure has no effect on firm value and profitability has an effect positive and significant to firm value. The implications of the results of this study are expected that firm management and investors are expected to pay attention to the variables that affect firm value.
